Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate, reliable Behavior Technicians to work with children, adolescents, and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through ABA.

You’ll join a hands-on team with paid 6-day training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for career growth while making a meaningful difference in clients’ independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 18+ years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to receive coaching and feedback.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Teach communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Collect behavioral data and complete session documentation.
• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors.
• Help individuals increase independence and improve their overall quality of life.
