Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking compassionate, reliable Behavior Technicians to work with children, adolescents, and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.

You will help build communication, social, behavioral, and independent living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Paid 6-day training is provided, and you’ll work under BCBA supervision to implement plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and supervisors to support client independence and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 18+ years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to receive coaching and feedback.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Background in education, childcare, psychology, healthcare, or behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Teach communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Collect behavioral data and complete session documentation.
• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors.
• Help individuals increase independence and improve their overall quality of life.
