Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision, teaching essential skills and collecting data to support progress.

Training is provided, including paid sessions, HIPAA compliance, and hands-on practicum. The position emphasizes teamwork with families and clinical teams to improve client independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to receive coaching and feedback in a learning environment.
• Prior experience in caregiving or education is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Collect behavioral data and complete session documentation.
• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors.
• Help individuals increase independence and improve quality of life.
