The role emphasizes hands-on training, collaboration with clinical staff, and a focus on safety and client progress in varied settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to receive coaching and feedback.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Preferred: experience with children or developmental disabilities.
• Background in education, childcare, psychology, healthcare, or behavioral health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Collect behavioral data and complete session documentation.
• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors.
• Help individuals increase independence and improve quality of life.
