Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking compassionate, reliable Behavior Technicians to support children, adolescents, and adults with autism and developmental disabilities through ABA.

You will work directly with clients to develop communication, social, behavioral, and independent living skills, under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Paid training is provided, with opportunities for ongoing supervision, growth, and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old.
• Reliable transportation may be required.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Collect behavioral data and complete session documentation.
• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors.
• Help individuals increase independence and improve quality of life.
