Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team for center-based, one-on-one treatment with children on the autism spectrum. BTs work closely with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and monitor progress through data collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA policies.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Strong communication with families and team.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Assist with safely managing activities and moving with children during sessions.
