Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under a BCBA supervisor. The role supports skill acquisition and behavior modification through structured teaching and data-driven methods. Training is provided during a 40-hour program.

Position offers a path to full-time work with potential future hours, including evenings in Gravette, AR, with benefits and visa/relocation sponsorship options for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training; training may be provided by Powerback.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy, following the behavior treatment plan under supervision.
• Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation supports services rendered.
• Updates working availability in the EMR and informs Client Advocate of changes.
• Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor regarding assigned clients.
• Follows BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.
