Job summary

Powerback is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism through ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. The role emphasizes skill acquisition, behavior modification, and meaningful family engagement.

Gravette, AR schedule is M-F 2-7pm with 40-hour paid training and opportunities for more hours. Employment offers benefits, mentorship, and visa sponsorship options for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training. If training has not been previously completed, training will be provided by Powerback Pediatrics.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy under supervision.
• Ensures all billing is submitted timely with accurate documentation.
• Updates availability in the EMR platform and communicates availability changes.
• Communicates with Client Advocate and Supervisor about assigned clients.
• Adheres to BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
