Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will learn ABA techniques during a 40-hour paid training and apply skills to help children reach new milestones.

Schedule shows 15 hours weekly (M/W 3:30-8p, T/TH 3:30-6:30p) with potential for more hours. Benefits include medical, dental, vision plans, PTO, mentorship, CEUs, visa sponsorship, and relocation support for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training. Powerback Pediatrics can provide training if not completed.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy, following the behavior treatment plan and under the direction of a supervising clinician.
• Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation accurately supports the services rendered.
• Updates working availability in the EMR platform and communicates availability changes with their Client Advocate.
• Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor as it relates to assigned client(s).
• Complies with and follows the BACB code of ethics as it relates to service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.
