Job summary

Powerback Pediatrics is seeking a dedicated individual to become a Behavior Technician through our paid training program. Under BCBA supervision, you will learn ABA techniques to support children with autism, delivering one-on-one therapy and helping them reach new milestones.

The role offers afternoons-evenings scheduling, the chance to obtain RBT certification, and access to mentorship, continuing education, and visa sponsorship opportunities as part of our nationwide program.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with neuro-divergent children.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training. If training has not been previously completed, training will be provided by Powerback Pediatrics.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child delivering ABA therapy under supervision.
• Ensures billing is submitted in a timely fashion with proper documentation.
• Updates availability in the EMR platform and communicates changes to the Client Advocate.
• Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor about assigned clients.
• Complies with BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.
