Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Charleston, AR is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will support skill acquisition and behavior modification, with emphasis on compassionate teaching in home and school settings.

We offer a 40-hour paid training program, mentorship, and ongoing CEUs. This role provides growth opportunities, visa support, and relocation assistance as part of our nationwide practice.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training; willingness to obtain BACB certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under supervision.
• Follow behavior treatment plans and supervise clinician guidance.
• Submit timely billing and maintain accurate service documentation.
• Maintain EMR availability and communicate changes with the Client Advocate.
• Adhere to BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
• Perform additional related duties as required.
