Powerback Rehabilitation in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. A 40-hour paid training program is provided to learn ABA techniques and skill acquisition strategies.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a HS diploma or GED, 1 year of experience with children, reliable transportation, and a willingness to pursue RBT certification and ongoing professional development through mentorship and CEUs.

Qualifications

• 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training. If training has not been previously completed, training will be provided by Powerback Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy, following the guidance in the behavior treatment plan and under the direction of a supervising clinician.
• Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation accurately supports the services rendered.
• Updates working availability in the EMR platform and communicates availability changes with their Client Advocate.
• Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor as it relates to assigned client(s).
• Complies with and follows the BACB code of ethics as it relates to service delivery and professionalism.
