Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision in Gravette, AR.

You will complete a 40-hour paid training, participate in a mentorship program, and work M-F 2-7pm with potential future hours.

The role includes documentation, billing accuracy, and ongoing professional development with access to Medbridge CEUs and visa sponsorship options.

Qualifications

• 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training. If training has not been previously completed, training will be provided by Powerback Pediatrics.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Delivers one-on-one ABA therapy to children under supervision.
• Ensures billing is submitted timely and documentation supports services.
• Updates availability in EMR and communicates changes to Client Advocate.
• Communicates with Client Advocate and Supervisor regarding clients.
• Follows BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs related duties as required.
