Job summary

Alpaca Health is a multi-location network of ABA therapists hiring RBTs to work in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll be supported by a BCBA mentor from day one, with focus on data collection and behavior strategies, while building lasting relationships with families and clients.

Not all roles require certification at application; we’ll help you pursue certification as needed. Roles are in-person, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities to advance toward BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is preferred or the drive to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Ability to work one-on-one with kids in homes, schools, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA‑provided plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to support kids’ growth and progress.
