Magnet ABA Therapy in Needham, MA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide direct ABA therapy in person. You will implement tailored intervention programs under a BCBA, collect progress data, and support the development of behavior plans.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential to succeed in a collaborative clinical setting. Training will be provided, and prior experience with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in developing and implementing behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients and families.
