Magnet ABA Therapy in Tennessee is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide direct ABA therapy in person. You will implement individualized programs under a BCBA, collect data on progress, and support the development of behavior plans.

Bring patience and a collaborative mindset to work with clients and families, while building skills in social interaction, communication, and daily living tasks.

Qualifications

• Note: Prior experience as a Behavior Technician is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.
