Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients to support developmental milestones and improve quality of life. You will gain hands-on experience in behavioral health, with opportunities for growth, supervision, and family engagement.

The role offers flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time) with potential BCBA supervision hours for qualifying candidates, comprehensive paid training, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred to be currently enrolled in college or have completed college coursework.
• Minimum of 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions as per treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic, or other locations with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address challenging behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time and end sessions punctually; submit timecards/notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBA(s).
• Follow ethical ABA standards and company policies.
