Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, helping them reach milestones and improve quality of life. You will deliver direct ABA services under Supervisory/BCBA guidance, collect progress data, and collaborate with the team to ensure compassionate, ethical care.

The role offers paid training, flexible part-time and full-time options, and growth opportunities including potential BCBA supervision hours for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Preferred: Currently enrolled in college or has completed some college coursework.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
• Availability: At least 15 hours in afternoons/evenings (3:00 pm – 8:00 pm).
• Age: Must be 18 or older.
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Requirements: Background check, TB tests, pre-employment exam, immunities proof (MMR/Varicella).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic or other sites with individuals with autism.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time and end sessions punctually.
• Submit timecards and clinical notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethics and company policies.
• Assist with new hire training through overlaps/shadowing.
