Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life. You will collect data, implement ABA under supervision, and collaborate with BCBA and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred college coursework.
• Minimum 6 months experience with individuals with disabilities or related exposure.
• Availability at least 15 hours weekly in afternoons/evenings (3:00 pm–8:00 pm).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass criminal background check, TB tests, pre-employment exam, and provide proof of immunity to MMR and Varicella.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions as per treatment plan.
• Work in various settings with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training.
• Arrive on time and complete sessions as scheduled.
• Submit timecards and notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBA.

Education
