Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients to help them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life. You will deliver direct ABA services under supervision, collect progress data, and collaborate with Supervisors and BCBA.

The role offers paid training, potential BCBA supervision hours for qualifying candidates, and flexible part-time or full-time options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of work with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Availability of at least 15 hours in afternoons/evenings (3:00–8:00 pm).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions as per treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic or other locations with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time and complete sessions and timecards per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBA for guidance.
• Adhere to ethical standards and company policies.
• Aid with new hire training through overlaps and shadowing.
