Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients and help them reach developmental milestones. You will perform direct ABA services under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs to ensure ethical and effective care.

The role offers flexible part-time and full-time options, paid training, and opportunities for BCBA supervision hours for qualifying candidates, with eligibility for travel and advancement in a growing team.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 18+ and able to pass background check.
• Availability: at least 15 hours in afternoons/evenings.
• Must have valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Must pass TB test and immunization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect data on goals during sessions per treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic or other settings with clients who have autism.
• Address challenging behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
