Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients across home, school, clinic, or community settings. You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and partner with Supervisors to support families.

Flexible part-time or full-time schedules with afternoon/evening sessions, competitive pay, paid training, and growth opportunities. Ideal candidates are 18+, have HS diploma, reliable transportation, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Currently enrolled in college or completed coursework.
• Experience: 6 months with individuals with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA services one-on-one under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions.
• Work across home, community, school, or clinic settings with individuals with autism.
• Address behaviors using positive behavior support strategies.
• Assist with caregiver support and training.
• Be punctual for sessions and complete timecards and notes on time.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Adhere to ethical ABA practices and company policies.
• Assist with new hire training and shadowing.
