Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life. You’ll gain hands-on experience in behavioral health and opportunities for growth and meaningful connections with families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: currently enrolled in college or some college coursework.
• Must pass background checks, TB tests, pre-employment exam and provide immunization proof.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision/BCBA guidance.
• Collect data on goals throughout sessions as per treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic or other settings with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver training as needed.
• Arrive on time and end sessions punctually.
• Submit timecards and complete clinical notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Adhere to ethical standards and company policies.
