Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required.
- Reliable transportation to access clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent or better.
- Experience with children with ASD preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
- Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
- Assist BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
- Respond to the needs and requests of clients and families.
- Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and relevant parties.
- Physically assist during sessions (movement, lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
- Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
