Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join a center-based team. You will work one-on-one with children to implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and report progress.

The role involves engaging families and maintaining clear communication with the treatment team to support consistent care. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, prior experience with children or behavioral challenges, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Assist BCBA with training families on plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and others.
• Assist with safety and physically active sessions as needed.
• Support BCBA and adapt to changing schedules.
