Bierman Autism Centers in Ohio seeks a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2–12. You will follow treatment plans, collect data, and report progress to families under BCBA supervision.

This full-time, center-based role offers on-site work, a Monday–Friday schedule (8:15 am–4:45 pm), and a comprehensive benefits package with growth opportunities including Propel and BCBA-track potential.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire.
• Must be able to lift and carry clients who are at least 30 pounds.
• Must be able to follow Behavior Support Plans and assist BCBA as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with families.

Aufgaben

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with clients aged 2–12.
• Follow skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data; write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate progress to parents/caregivers with guidance from the BCBA.
• Assist the BCBA in preparing materials and maintaining a organized therapy space.
• Attend required trainings and stay current with BACB guidelines.
