Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or able to obtain within 90 days.
• Must be able to lift and assist clients up to 30 pounds.
• Flexibility to follow BACB guidelines and required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children aged 2–12.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect data and write session notes.
• Communicate progress to parents with guidance from the BCBA.
• Assist in preparing client materials and maintain therapy space.
• Pursue required trainings and adhere to BACB guidelines.
• Work toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
