Bierman Autism Centers is hiring as a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-12. You’ll follow skill acquisition and behavior plans, collect data, and communicate progress to families under the BCBA’s guidance.

The role is full-time, center-based, with 8:15 am–4:45 pm schedules Monday–Friday, and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance and retirement options. Growth paths toward BCBA and leadership roles are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must be able to lift and carry clients who are at least 30 pounds.
• Must be able to restrain/hold/transport and use quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Support Plan.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children aged 2-12.
• Collect and record data, write therapy notes for sessions.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers under supervision of BCBA.
• Assist in preparing and organizing client materials and therapy space.
• Attend required trainings and adhere to BACB guidelines.
