Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment 1:1 or in group settings under Clinical Supervisor.
• Collect and record progress data with high fidelity.
• Implement supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues.
• Be flexible to work across multiple locations and settings.
