Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking qualified Behavior Technicians to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under supervision. You will work with CARD patients and families in settings that may include our center, homes, schools, or via telehealth, with 1:1 or small groups.

Training, supervision, and ongoing development are provided. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and are expected to pass the CARD Tech Training and exam.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass CARD Behavior Technician Training and exam.
• Experience with ASD preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record patient progress data.
• Implement supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
