Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians in Mesa, AZ to implement ABA programs under supervision. You will work 1:1 or in groups across center, home, school, or telehealth settings, collecting progress data and applying supervisor feedback.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent; ASD experience is preferred. The role offers flexible part-time schedules, HIPAA compliance, and opportunities for growth within CARD's fieldwork

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
• Empathetic, confidential, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under supervision.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review feedback from Clinical Supervisor and implement sessions accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with families and colleagues.
• Adhere to CARD policies and HIPAA requirements.
