Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks compassionate Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA services to patients across settings—center, home, school, or telehealth. You will work under a Clinical Supervisor to implement treatment plans and collect data with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Complete CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred
• Willingness to work across multiple locations

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in a 1:1 or group setting
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity
• Incorporate feedback from Clinical Supervisor during each session
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct
