BrightBridge ABA in Kinston is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one support to clients. You will implement treatment plans crafted by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) while ensuring high-quality care.

This role emphasizes building rapport with clients and their families, following treatment protocols, and engaging in continuous professional development.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement treatment plans accurately.
Physical ability to work with children during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

Implement ABA therapy in various settings as directed by the BCBA.
Accurately record data to track client progress.
Collaborate with BCBAs in supervision meetings and training.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
