Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is hiring a Part-time Behavior Technician (ABA) to support children and individuals with autism through one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You’ll help develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in various settings. New to ABA?

Training and mentorship are provided. Paid training, milestone-based career growth, and RBT certification support are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in a professional, educational, caregiving, or similar capacity.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, primarily afternoons and evenings.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to complete applicable pre-employment screening and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA or clinical supervisor.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA strategies and positive behavior support techniques.
• Collect session data, track client progress, and complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide services in clients' homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, caregivers, and team members to support client progress.
• Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and team collaboration.
