Job summary

Proud Moments ABA seeks Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will deliver 1-1 ABA treatment to children with ASD in home-based settings, partnering with BCBAs to implement individualized plans and collect progress data.

We offer flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for growth. Reliable transportation and a high school diploma are required. Experience with ASD is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have current/active RBT certification.
• Access to reliable transportation to client locations.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; ASD experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
