Job summary

Proud Moments ABA seeks a Behavior Technician to provide 1-1 in-home treatment under BCBA supervision for children with ASD from birth to 21. You will implement behavioral plans and collect data in a home setting with ongoing staff support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Prior experience supporting children or adults with behavioral challenges or developmental delays preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred; training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to assigned locations.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Physically assist with activities during sessions (lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Follow BCBA/LBA outlined tasks; schedule Monday-Friday 3:30pm-5:30pm.
