Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life. You will gain hands-on experience in behavioral health and collaborate with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
• Availability of at least 15 hours in afternoons/evenings (3:00 pm–8:00 pm).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance (travel compensation).
• Criminal background check, TB tests, Pre-employment exam, and health immunities required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions as per treatment plan.
• Work in diverse settings with individuals with autism/related disabilities.
• Address behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training.
• Be punctual for sessions and submit timecards and notes on time.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBA professionals.
• Follow ethical ABA standards and company policies.
