Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children with autism and developmental disabilities through Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. This part-time role emphasizes in-home sessions with occasional school visits, focusing on social and communication skills under BCBA supervision.

You’ll receive paid training, a startup bonus, and weekly pay, with typical hours 15-20 per week and flexible scheduling to fit family needs. CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for working with children with special needs

Responsibilities

• Help kids learn and grow by working on social and communication skills
• Implement goals and programs in the Behavior Plan under BCBA supervision
• Document progress and milestones using a mobile app
• Provide services primarily in client homes, with some sessions in schools
• Support families and join a team that enables progress and crisis support
