Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate individuals to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. We offer to pay for all certification and training necessary to get you started!

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience preferred.
Current CPR/FA certification or willingness to obtain one.
Passion for working with children with special needs.

Responsibilities

Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
Document child progress and milestones using a mobile application.
Implement goals and programs in the Behavior Plan designed by BCBA/Program supervisor.
Provide behavior support services and crisis intervention.
Follow instructions of the BCBA/Program supervisor.
