Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking Behaviour Technicians to implement ABA programs under supervision across multiple settings in Naperville, IL. The role supports skill development and reduction of challenging behaviours for CARD patients and families.

Responsibilities include data collection, adhering to clinical standards, and collaborating with the Clinical Supervisor to ensure high-quality care. Strong communication and flexibility are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behaviour Technician Training programme, including a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor in a 1:1 or group environment
• Provide treatment that meets CARD’s clinical quality standards
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity
• Review and implement feedback during each treatment session
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff
• Adhere to HIPAA requirements
• Represent CARD professionally to stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned
