Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is hiring Behavior Technicians in Westmont, IL. You will implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans under a Clinical Supervisor, delivering 1:1 or group services across settings including center, home, school, or telehealth.

Role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and adherence to CARD policies. This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, successful CARD Training, and strong communication with patients

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor in a 1:1 or group setting.
• Deliver treatment that meets CARD’s clinical quality standards.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Implement feedback from Clinical Supervisor during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
