Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with exam and field evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA treatment to patients under supervision in 1:1 or small group settings.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement feedback from Clinical Supervisor during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant, accurate records and professional communication with families and colleagues.
• Represent CARD professionally and adhere to CARD policies.
