Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients in Moreno Valley, CA, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life. You will deliver direct ABA services, collect data, and coordinate with supervisors and families in various settings.

This role offers paid training, flexible afternoon/evening hours, and opportunities for BCBA supervision hours as you grow with a collaborative, ethics‑driven team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
• Availability at least 15 hours in afternoons/evenings (3:00 pm–8:00 pm).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance (travel compensation provided).
• Must pass criminal background check, TB tests, pre-employment exam, and provide immunization proof (MMR/Varicella).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions as per the treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic or other settings with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time and end sessions punctually.
• Submit timecards and complete clinical notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethical standards and company policies.
• Assist with new hire training and shadowing.
