Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred college coursework.
• Minimum of 6 months work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
• Availability of at least 15 hours in afternoons/evenings (3:00 pm–8:00 pm typical).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance (travel compensation).
• Criminal background check, TB tests, pre-employment physical, and immunity proof (MMR/Varicella) required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under the direction of a Supervisor/BCBA.
• Collect data on goals during sessions per treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic or other locations with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver training and support.
• Arrive on time and complete sessions per policy.
• Submit timecards and notes for each session on time.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ABA ethics and company policies.
