Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred enrollment in college or some college coursework.
• Minimum 6 months working with individuals with disabilities or related exposure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision by a BCBA/ Supervisor.
• Collect data on goals during sessions as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic, or other settings with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Support and train caregivers as needed.
• Maintain punctuality for sessions and submit notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs; adhere to ethics and policies.
