Job summary

You will deliver direct ABA services under supervision, collect data on goals, and collaborate with Supervisors and BCBA in various settings while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards. 15+ hours weekly in afternoons/evenings; roles offer paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: currently enrolled in college or completed some college coursework.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
• Availability: At least 15 hours available afternoons/evenings; typical sessions 3:00 pm–8:00 pm.
• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance; travel compensation.
• Background checks and immunization requirements: TB tests, criminal background, pre-employment exam, immunity proofs (MMR/Varicella).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic, or other locations with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time and end sessions punctually.
• Submit timecards and complete clinical notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethical standards and company policies.
• Assist with new hire training via overlaps and shadowing.
