Lighthouse ABA is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to join our dedicated team in Hempfield Township. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism while collaborating with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized treatment plans.

This fulfilling role allows you to make a significant impact on the lives of children and their families. Candidates must have a high school diploma and a desire to support children in their growth and development. We offer flexible hours to accommodate client schedules.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children.
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social and communication skills.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Conduct assessments and track progress for effective treatment outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers.
