Job summary

Lighthouse CH, a New York City–based ABA therapy agency, seeks passionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will build trusting relationships with clients and families, implement individualized plans, collect data, track progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to adjust treatment as needed while communicating effectively with caregivers.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children on the autism spectrum preferred.
• Ability to implement one-on-one therapy sessions.
• Strong documentation and data-tracking skills.
• Excellent communication with families and team.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one sessions following individualized plans.
• Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills in structured setting.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and families.
• Collect data and monitor progress to assess outcomes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to adjust treatment plans.
• Communicate updates to parents and caregivers about goals and progress.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and progress notes.
• Participate in ongoing ABA training and professional development.
