Job summary

Lighthouse is a New York City-based specialized agency providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. We seek passionate Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping children develop social, communication, and behavioral skills.

You will build relationships with children and families, contribute to growth and improved quality of life, and participate in ongoing training to enhance your ABA knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions following individualized plans.
• Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills in a structured environment.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship and promote independence.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress and adjust plans.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers, updating on goals and strategies.
