Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA services in clients' homes in New Jersey, working with BCBA supervision. This part-time role emphasizes flexibility, training, and meaningful client impact.

You will support families, collect progress data, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while helping children from 2 to 15 years old reach their developmental goals. Training is provided, and compensation is competitive.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication to interact with children and parents.
• Reliability and ability to follow treatment plans.
• Confidentiality and HIPAA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and team members.
• Move with clients during sessions, with physical activity as needed.
• Schedule Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm, some weekends.
